The client who wishes to contract services provided by METAB Consulting will submit the request in writing using remote communication means such as email (electronic mail) by sending the request to the email address office@metab.ro, or the contact form.

VIII. Cancellation of a service contracting request / A service order

1. If the Client’s request has not been processed (they have not received a response from METAB Consulting representatives) and implicitly have not signed a service contract with METAB Consulting, they can submit a request to cancel the service order before it takes effect, through the agreed communication methods.
2. If the Client has signed the service contract with METAB Consulting, the termination of the contract can be done through the methods listed in its content, at CHAPTER IV – Contract Validity, Art. 11 – Contract Termination.

IX. Accepted payment methods

METAB Consulting offers Clients the following payment methods for issued service invoices:

• Cash payment, at the METAB Consulting headquarters in Bucharest, 4th District, Văcărești way, No. 391, Sun Offices, Entrance A, Office 325, 3rd floor;
• Bank transfer payment, into accounts opened by METAB Consulting at partner banks (listed in the contract and on the fiscal invoice);
• Card payment, online, using the NETOPIA Mobilpay payment processor platform (by accessing the card payment link found on the fiscal invoice), or the Stripe payment processor platform (through the consultancy session scheduling page or other pages of the online store);

X. Liability limits

1. Although we make every effort to ensure a pleasant navigation on the metab-consulting.ro site and its subdomains, we cannot guarantee that our site will be available uninterruptedly or error-free. Use of the site is at your own risk.
2. METAB Consulting^® does not assume responsibility for any losses or damages caused directly or indirectly by the use or inability to use the site.
