SharePoint platform providers or other similar or complementary platform providers, used for document management, information exchange and the conduct of the professional relationship with the client, in which case the client’s surname and first name / company name and e-mail address may be processed for the purpose of creating the access account, managing user rights, sending access codes, security codes or other elements necessary for authentication and secure access to the platform;

Public authorities, competent institutions, courts, bailiffs, notaries, consultants, lawyers or other involved third parties, where disclosure is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, for the establishment, exercise or defence of a right, or במסגרת reorganisation operations, audit or similar activities.

VI. Data retention and deletion

Personal data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, in compliance with the principle of storage limitation and the applicable legal obligations.

As a general rule, data processed in the context of requests submitted through the website, the pre-contractual relationship, the conclusion and performance of service agreements or one-off services is retained for the entire period necessary for analysing the request, carrying out the professional relationship, fully providing the services and discharging the obligations between the parties.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention periods, personal data shall be deleted, destroyed or anonymised, as applicable, through reasonable internal procedures and appropriate security measures, except where its further retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation or for the establishment, exercise or defence of a right or legitimate interest of METAB Consulting® in administrative, judicial or extrajudicial proceedings.
