Through his direct involvement in every project, Mihai not only leaves a personal mark on the direction and quality of the work but also consistently demonstrates his critical thinking, leadership, and strategic vision, all of which play a key role in strengthening the company’s reputation in the market.

Mihai Tabacu
Mihai Tabacu is the founder of METAB Consulting and the driving force behind the company’s continuous growth and development.
Through his direct involvement in every project, Mihai not only leaves a personal mark on the direction and quality of the work but also consistently demonstrates his critical thinking, leadership, and strategic vision, all of which play a key role in strengthening the company’s reputation in the market.
A graduate of the English-taught Bachelor’s program in Business Administration at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE – FABIZ), Mihai has distinguished himself from the very beginning by applying the knowledge gained throughout his studies to his own entrepreneurial journey.
He also holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA), an experience that has enabled him to better understand and manage European-level projects in which he is currently involved, working with both businesses and non-profit organizations.

Moreover, Mihai holds several other certifications accredited by the Ministry of Labor, obtained through his participation in various specialized training programs. His qualifications cover a wide range of fields, including Insurance, Human Resources, Accounting, and GDPR compliance.
He is also currently enrolled in a Contract Law Executive Education Programme at Harvard Law School, further expanding his expertise in legal and business frameworks.
